Cutting Edge Meets Convenience

Chiropractic Adjustment – A gentle, safe, and effective treatment for restricted joints.

The Chiropractic Adjustment is used to break adhesions within the joint capsule that may limit mobility. A combination of multiple adjusting techniques and tools (including the Activator and Drop Piece) are used to create a truly “custom” adjustment.

Trigger Point Release – Designed to break up scar tissue and relax tight muscles.

This therapy combines Traditional Massage, Sports Massage, and Active Release Technique to restore appropriate muscle tone and tension. Soft silicone cupping jars are also used for moving Cupping Massage and Retaining Cupping.

Movement Screen – A sports specific assessment to screen for risk of injury.

Utilizing a combination of the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), Functional Movement Screen (FMS), and Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Screen, a customized sports specific screen can be crafted to test for the complex stability and mobility requirements of each sport.

Rehabilitative Therapy – Exercises and stretches to return balance to your body.

These exercises are prescribed based on your ability to complete certain sports specific tasks. By progressing through a series of increasingly challenging exercises and stretches, a solid foundation for athletic performance can be built.

Private Yoga Lesson – Designed to enhance flexibility and core stability.

A series of mat based exercises designed to bring awareness and mindfulness to our movement. Through careful training of

Kinesio Tape – A tape designed to assist athletic performance and support the body.

Developed to feel like a second skin, this tape is used to create a truly customized athletic brace. Depending on the level of tension applied in the tape, it can be used to “support” tendons and ligaments, “activate” poor muscle firing, or “soothe” overused and tight muscles.

High Speed Percussion – Instruments designed to reduce fascial adhesions.

The Rapid Release Pro2 and Deep Muscle Stimulator deliver powerful and immediate relief for sore muscles, chronically tight fascia and painful trigger points. More effective and efficient than hands-only therapy for chronic issues.

Low Level Laser Therapy – Enhances Recovery, Healing, and Reduces Inflammation.

Stimulates the body on a cellular level to decrease tissue inflammation. Has shown to be effective in the treatment of pain, notably tendinopathies and adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder).
